Below is a guideline of how we work here. Please review when booking!

A 50% deposit is required in order to confirm your booking.

The remaining 50% is collected just before starting the appointment.

A 48 hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to give appropriate notice the deposit non-refundable.

There is a 20 minute grace period for being late to appointments. Any time beyond the 20 minutes will result in a late fee and/or a shorter appointment time.
